Executive & Leadership Coaching

Most leaders I work with aren't struggling because they lack skill or intelligence. They're struggling because the job has outgrown them faster than they've had time to grow with it — or because they're carrying patterns that made sense at an earlier stage of their career but are quietly getting in the way now.

Coaching is a dedicated space to think. Not to be fixed, not to be trained — to think more clearly and honestly about what's happening, what you want, and what's actually in your way. I ask hard questions, I push back, and I hold you accountable. But I'm not the expert on your situation — you are. My job is to help you trust that more.

I bring a specific set of experiences to this work: I've managed up to resistant executives, built teams from scratch, led through ambiguity and political complexity, and made calls I later had to own. That's not a credential — it's just context that shapes how I listen and what I notice.

Whom this is for: Senior leaders and executives — typically Directors through C-suite — navigating transition, scale, or a challenge that doesn't have an obvious answer. Engagements typically run 3–6 months with bi-weekly one-on-one sessions.

Data Science & Analytics Advisory

A lot of organizations have invested heavily in data and aren't seeing the return they expected. The problem usually isn't the technology. It's that the strategy was unclear, the team wasn't set up to succeed, or the work wasn't connected to the decisions that actually matter.

I help organizations figure out what to do with their data — and then actually do it. I bring both the strategic perspective and the hands-on credibility: I've built and led data science teams, worked in the stack myself, and delivered results across industries including government, education, automotive, manufacturing, and enterprise software.

This is not about building dashboards. It's about understanding what decisions you need to make, whether your data infrastructure can support them, and what it takes to build something that holds up over time.
