They're struggling because the job has outgrown them faster than they've had time to grow with it — or because they're carrying patterns that made sense at an earlier stage of their career but are quietly getting in the way now.

Coaching is a dedicated space to think. Not to be fixed, not to be trained — to think more clearly and honestly about what's happening, what you want, and what's actually in your way. I ask hard questions, I push back, and I hold you accountable. But I'm not the expert on your situation — you are. My job is to help you trust that more.

I bring a specific set of experiences to this work: I've managed up to resistant executives, built teams from scratch, led through ambiguity and political complexity, and made calls I later had to own. That's not a credential — it's just context that shapes how I listen and what I notice.
